A reader of the Bugle sent in the below question. This structure was built by the
barangay council in
Barretto over a year ago. Does it have a
purpose? Are security guards or tourist police supposed to be manning it? It is identified as an "outpost." It is locked and no one has ever been seen in it. With all the car scratching and tire vandalism that goes on in that area a few cops deployed might be a good idea.
