Travelling through Manila
Not sure how many of you have to travel through Manila on a regular basis, but the Bugle can assure you that it is not something that is looked forward to. The best day of the week to travel is Sunday as the traffic is negligible. Any other day of the week and you best allocate two to three hours just to get through Manila. Currently there are a couple of proposals out there to connect the NLEX with the SCTEX. The Bugle doesn't really care which one is better but this latest solution is the best that he has heard of in a long time. It is rare that people really think long term in the future but if both roads were built then you would think the more choices the better for those of us who drive in this country
