This is Magsaysay Drive, Olongapo City. The photograph must have been taken during the time when the U. S. Bases in the Philippines haven't pulled out yet since establishments like the Sierra Club in the far end were still there. The building with Shakey's ads is Apo Cinema. The jeepneys were heading towards the Main Gate of the U. S. Naval Base.
