From a reader: The problem in the Philippines is not about care quality but
Tricares failure to meet its obligation to provide retirees with their earned
healthcare benefit. All retirees in Philippines want is the same benefit accorded
to other military retirees residing anywhere else around the world. We military
retirees in Philippines will demand equal benefits period.
