curious---you think that the Philippines is more "functional"
compared to the US? Interesting...better political system? better medical care?
infrastructure? garbage collection? traffic? pollution? police/legal system?
education? opportunities? What?
From the Bugle: I don't know if you've traveled much outside of the United States but generally when Americans (and Europeans and Canadians and Australians) are not very experienced international travelers they spend all their time comparing the country they are visiting to their home country. When you travel more, you learn to stop doing this and enjoy the country you are in. Head to the travel agent and do some traveling my friend.
