Wonder what it costs taxpayers to run this government
program? What a waste.. The average Filipino (poor) found guilty of some lame
cyber crime can't afford to pay a fine - they have little or no money for food
as it is... The Philippines
would be better served by cleaning up the bays and rivers and not the internet.
