Olongapo, I've checked it at several locations, solid and reliable. As far as
being in the dark, power does seem to be getting more reliable since
Cepalco/OEDC has taken over from PUD, though our bills have gone up by 20% for
the same number of Kilowatt hours per month. PLDT-Subictel is trying to block a
new player again, this time Wi-Tribe, check out:
