yes Bugler, Clark, Manila and the rest of the Philippines are models of booming
economy and healthy infrastructure for the rest of the world. And first world
countries are envious of it, according to you. WHO ARE YOU KIDDING? The
Philippines is an international joke. Even Filipinos are ashamed of the state
of affairs in their homeland.
