Tricare apparently liked getting
ripped off because they knew about the fraud and tried to ignore it for 10
years. They paid every claim gladly when they could have simply de-certified
health visions as the DODIG and DCIS told them; but they get their back up if
someone suggests something to them. While this was going on and well after
their contractor got in the act. That was reported as well and after many years
of being ripped of by them they quietly changed the contract. But there seems
to be a symbiotic relationship between these two and what's a few million
dollars in fraud between friends. A significant number, including myself were
not here when Health Visions was so bear no responsibility for that company or
TMA and their contractor's fraud on providers and beneficiaries.

Cool it on the profanity. Like Sinatra said, "You don't need to work blue. You'll never play the big houses with that crap."
