Slow Response Doesn't Excuse Poor Fire Safety



Comment from a reader on the post: Those People Died Because of Poor Fire Prevention By Dryden Hotel: Rescue, "fire department" personnel had to come from Olongapo, Barretto trucks were broken, go figure. 

From the Bugle: Yes, that's why management needed to be diligent about proper fire exits, so that the only loss would be property and not lives while awaiting the fire department.
