Comment from a reader on the post: Go to Thailand for Health Care: Actually, Bumrungrad will
only accept tricare if you are a resident of Thailand. Otherwise you have to
pre-pay and seek reimbursement from Tricare overseas. Tricare pays the
reimbursement promptly and fully (less 25%) because no fraud in Thailand at
this hospital. You can email them and verify this. I have experienced it first
hand and have spoken to the tricare reps at Bumrungrad.
